I am concerned about how I am going to cope when my baby is born!

You are certainly not alone! Many parents-to-be and parents with young babies and children feel this way. Mixed feelings of joy, confusion and exhaustion are common.

Help is available and it is important to recognise that to give your baby the attention they need, you first to have look after your self. As midwives and mothers ourselves we understand the importance of support during this time. We are able to support you so you can be the parent that you want to be.
